Ofer Amar and Avi Shmoul, the founding partners of Ossim Inyan, have 22 years of experience in two very different areas in the media world: business and public service. Shmoul, a veteran journalist, has written for TheMarker and Globes newspapers, served as an editor and writer for national and local press, television and radio. Amar, a media consultant with a professional background and proven successes in public and private campaigns, has worked in government ministries, civil service bureaus and large private Israeli companies.
